Supply Chain Service Manager – fast-food
Our client is one of the leading franchises in fast-food sector. Their Polish operation is extremely successful. In order to maintain and further develop relationship between distributor and franchisee they are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Service Manager for their Supply Chain Service company.
MISSION
Management of the day to day delivery of Supply Chain related services on Polish market with occasional assistance in neighboring countries. Some of the main responsibilities will include:

Management and constant improvement of a all Supply Chain function
|
|
|
Continuous liaison with relevant parties to monitor performance and resolve arising issues
|
|
|
Management of franchisee database and both routine and ad-hoc communications including local website management
|
|
|
Product cost management and price monitoring and reconciliation, budget delivery
|
|
|
Providing support in the areas of new product introduction and new store openings
|
|
|
Surveys and channel market feedback including analysis and recommendations
|
|
|
Support in promotional activities in close cooperation with franchise operator
|
|
|
Couching and management of direct reports
|
|
|
Other tasks as required
|
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

|
University Degree in relevant discipline
|
|
|
Several years supply chain experience in service area
|
|
|
Some experience in fast-food sector is necessary
|
|
|
Good analytical and leadership skills
|
|
|
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
|
|
|
Excellent command of English
|
CONDITIONS

The task is home based and can be performed from any location within Poland. The candidate will be expected to work independenly, with minimal supervision, but in close cooperation with all parties involved.
