Quality Director - automotive

Our client is a large international manufacturing company in automotive sector with several manufacturing facilities worldwide. For their plant located in a very attractive location in Southern Poland they are now looking for a very experienced Quality Director.
MISSION
|
Management and constant improvement of a Quality Assurance Function in manufacturing and suppliers area
|
|
|
Management of Quality Functions to achieve quality targets & objectives
|
|
|
Resource Planning and Leading and developing the Quality Team
|
|
|
Supervising quality issues including obtaining necessary certification
|
|
|
Providing ongoing support to customers related to Quality
|
|
|
Managing continuous improvement activities using relevant strategies
|
|
|
Liaison with relevant parties to monitor and resolve different quality issues
|
|
|
Others tasks as required
|
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:
|
|
University Degree in relevant discipline
|
|
|
At least 10 years management experience in automotive sector
|
|
|
Several years experience in managing large Quality Department
|
|
|
Detailed understanding of different specification standards related to quality
|
|
|
Good analytical and leadership skills
|
|
|
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
|
|
|
Excellent command of English and Polish languages
|
